Lines Drawing Lines 1

‘Lines Drawing Lines 1’ is part of a series of abstract drawings, mainly of landscapes that are about free drawing and about the quality of the surface and intensity of the colour.

The sharpness of the blue, red and green lines against the fluid background evokes hill and sometimes moving shapes.

I really love this series because they are so direct and crisp. I mask the edge to frame the image on the paper (it’s A6 on an A4 paper) which gives it more of a print* quality than a drawing. I hope you like them too.
